After materials enter the crushing chamber, they are strongly impacted by blow bars driven by the high-speed rotating rotor, then thrown onto the impact plates at high speed and struck again.

For medium-low hardness brittle materials like limestone and bluestone, impact crushers can balance crushing efficiency and finished aggregate shape. Therefore, they are widely adopted in scenarios with high requirements on aggregate particle form.
